Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all LinkPlate memberships and Founders Lifetime passes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Email us at the support address listed on this site with your order details and we will issue the refund to your original payment method. You can also review your receipts and payment history from the billing portal linked on your Account page.

Payments for LinkPlate memberships and Founders Lifetime passes are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Stripe handles payment processing, tax collection, receipts, and dispute resolution for these orders; product support is provided directly by LinkPlate.

Refund requests beyond the 30-day window are handled at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse, fraud, or repeated cancellations and re-purchases.
