Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. covering your use of LinkPlate. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You keep ownership of the links, text, screenshots, recipes, albums and lists you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate LinkPlate for you.

You confirm you have the right to submit what you upload, and that your personal use of imported recipe content complies with the source site's terms and applicable copyright law.

• Do not use LinkPlate to republish or commercially redistribute others' recipe content.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to break the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

Ingredient lists, instructions, macros and assistant answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are provided for convenience only — see our disclaimer.

LinkPlate uses YouTube API Services and links out to grocery retailers such as Instacart, Walmart and Amazon Fresh. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

If you believe content stored on LinkPlate infringes your copyright, contact us with the details and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. You may stop using LinkPlate at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Some LinkPlate features require a paid membership. When you purchase a membership or a Founders Lifetime pass, your order is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing, tax collection, receipts, and customer service for all inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Consumer Terms. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Well Marketing, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on recipe, nutrition or allergen information produced by the service.
